AI Face Swap – Photo Editor ("the app") is an AI image editor, AI face swap, and AI video face swap

app for adults, operated by BetterLifeStudio. This document describes how we handle information when

you use the app. The app is intended only for users aged 18 and over. By using the app, you confirm

that you are at least 18 years old and you agree to this Privacy Policy.

1. App permissions and why we need them

The app requests certain permissions so core features work:

• Internet – To load styles, generate and transform images and videos on our servers, manage your

creations, subscription status, and other app content.

• Camera and Photos/Media – To let you take a photo or select images and videos from your device

that you want to generate, edit, or face swap (including video face swap).

• Notifications – For app-related messages and updates. You can turn these off in your device

settings.

• Billing – Used by the system for in-app purchases and subscriptions via Google Play; we do not

read or store your payment details.

You can revoke or deny permissions in your device settings; some features may then be unavailable.

2. What data we collect and why

Photos, images, and videos you provide: When you use AI Image Edit, face swap, or custom face swap,

you may capture a photo or select images from your device. When you use Video Face Swap, you may

select a video from your device and trim it in the app, and add a face photo. These photos, images,

and videos are uploaded to our servers and to our AI processing providers only to create the result

you requested. On-device face detection is used to locate faces in your selected photo or video so

you can choose which face to swap; this detection runs locally on your device. You do not need to

create a username or password account to use the app.

Text prompts: Any text you enter to describe or generate an image is sent to our servers and AI

providers to produce your result.

Your creations: Generated image and video results may be stored so they appear in your in-app

creations and remain available for you to view, download, or share.

Content safety check: Before processing, uploaded images (including the face photos used for face

swap and video face swap) are checked for prohibited content (for example, nudity or sexual

content). Content flagged as unsafe is blocked and not processed.

Reports: If you use the report tool (the flag icon on content or Report from Settings), you may

select a reason and optionally add a short note. We may receive the content reference, image URL,

report reason, and note so our team can review the content.

Feedback: If you tap Send Feedback in Settings, your device email app opens. We only receive

information you choose to send us by email.

Share: If you share an image or the app using your device share menu, the app does not read or store

what you send through other apps unless you contact us separately.

Advertising: The app shows ads via Google Mobile Ads (AdMob) to users who are not Premium

subscribers. AdMob may collect data for ad delivery, analytics, and fraud prevention. You can limit

or reset ad tracking in your device settings. Google advertising

Rewarded ads: Some styles or actions may require you to watch a rewarded ad before you can unlock or

use them. This happens only when you choose that action inside the app.

Subscriptions: If you subscribe to Premium or buy credits, we receive transaction and entitlement

data to manage your access. Payments are processed by Google Play; we do not store payment details.

Device, usage, and stability: We use a device identifier, approximate (country/region-level)

location from your IP address, analytics, and crash reporting to operate, secure, and improve the

app. This can include anonymized usage and error data.

We do not sell your personal information. We do not use your activity inside the app for third-party

marketing.

3. How we use your information

We use the data described above to generate and transform your images and videos, store your

creations, manage Premium subscriptions and credits, run safety checks and moderate content, operate

and improve the app, show ads and measure ad performance, send notifications you have agreed to,

respond to reports and support requests, and protect against misuse and fraud.

4. Content safety and moderation

The app uses artificial intelligence and third-party AI models to create and transform images and

videos. We do not guarantee that every result is accurate, complete, or suitable for every purpose;

results are provided "as is".

You are responsible for the photos, videos, prompts, and content you submit, and for how you use the

results. Do not use the app to create, upload, or share content that is unlawful, sexually explicit,

that depicts a real person without their consent, or that is harmful, hateful, deceptive, or

infringes the rights of others.

The app provides an in-app reporting tool so you can flag any content you believe violates our

policies. Reports are reviewed and can lead to removal of the reported content and restriction of

accounts that violate these rules. Generated images and videos may include a label or watermark

indicating they were created with AI.

5. Third-party services and their privacy policies

The app uses the following third-party services. Each may collect and process data as described in

its own privacy policy:

Google Mobile Ads (AdMob) – In-app advertising.

6. Security

We use standard technical measures to protect data sent between your device and our systems,

including encrypted transmission. No method of transmission or storage over the internet is

completely secure.

7. How long we keep data

• Creations and uploaded images and videos – Kept while associated with your use of the app; removed

when you delete them or upon a data-deletion request.

• Reports – Kept as long as needed to review and address the report and for safety and compliance.

• Subscription data – Retained while you use the app and as needed for legal and support purposes.

• Analytics – In anonymized or aggregated form; retention follows our provider policies.

• Ad-related data – Subject to AdMob retention practices; you can reset your advertising ID in

device settings.

8. Your choices and rights

You can delete your creations inside the app, change or revoke app permissions in your device

settings, turn off notifications in system settings, limit or reset ad personalization in device

settings, and cancel a subscription via your Google Play account. To request access to or deletion

of your data, contact us using the details at the end of this policy. We will respond to legitimate

requests in line with applicable law.

9. Age of use and children

The app is intended only for adults aged 18 and over and is not directed at children. We do not

knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a person under 18 has

provided us with personal information, please contact us using the details at the end of this policy

and we will take steps to delete it.

10. When we share data

We do not sell your personal data. We may share information only with advertising partners for ad

serving, measurement, and fraud prevention; with service providers (including AI image- and

video-processing providers) that help us operate the app, under confidentiality and use limits; or

when required by law or to protect rights and safety.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes means you accept

the updated policy.
