Acceptable Use Policy

AI Face Swap – Photo Editor ("the app", "we", "us", "our") is an AI image editor, AI face swap, and

AI video face swap app for adults, operated by BetterLifeStudio. This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP")

explains what you may and may not do when you use the app. It is part of our Terms of Service and

should be read together with them and with our Privacy Policy. The app is intended only for users

aged 18 and over.

By using the app, you agree to follow this Policy. You are responsible for the photos, images,

videos, and prompts you submit ("Input") and for the results you generate ("Output"), and for how

you use them.

1. Prohibited content and behaviour

You must not use the app to create, upload, generate, store, or share any of the following:

• Sexual or nudity content – Pornographic, sexually explicit, or nude content, depictions of sexual

acts, or content intended primarily for sexual gratification.

• Child sexual abuse material and content involving minors – Any sexual or suggestive content

involving a minor, or content that sexualizes, exploits, or endangers anyone under 18, in any form.

This is strictly prohibited with zero tolerance and may be reported to the authorities and relevant

organizations.

• Non-consensual and real-person content – Face swaps, deepfakes, or images or videos of a real,

identifiable person created or used without that person's consent, including intimate, sexual,

defamatory, or misleading depictions, and impersonation of real individuals.

• Hate, harassment, and violence – Content that promotes hatred, discrimination, or violence against

people based on protected characteristics; that harasses, bullies, threatens, or intimidates; or

that depicts graphic violence, gore, or self-harm.

• Illegal activity, fraud, and deception – Content that promotes or facilitates illegal acts, the

sale of illegal goods, terrorism or violent extremism, fraud, scams, phishing, or content created to

deceive or mislead others (including misleading "real" depictions of events that did not happen).

• Intellectual property infringement – Content that infringes the copyright, trademark, publicity,

privacy, or other rights of any person or entity, including unauthorized use of protected

characters, logos, brands, or works.

• Other harmful or abusive use – Malware or harmful code; attempts to bypass, disable, or interfere

with the app's safety checks, rate limits, or security; scraping or automated abuse; and any use

that violates applicable law or the rights of others.

2. Your responsibilities

• Only submit Input you have the right to use, and obtain consent from any identifiable person shown

in your Input.

• Do not attempt to defeat or evade the app's content-safety checks or moderation.

• Use Output responsibly and lawfully, and do not present AI-generated Output as a genuine

photograph of a real event or person in a way that is deceptive or harmful.

• Comply with the Terms of Service, this Policy, applicable laws, and the rules of any platform

where you share Output.

3. Content safety and moderation

Uploaded images are checked for prohibited content (for example, nudity or sexual content) before

processing, and content flagged as unsafe is blocked and not processed. Our AI providers may also

refuse to generate content that violates their policies. We may review, remove, or refuse to process

any content that we believe violates this Policy.

4. Reporting violations

If you see content you believe violates this Policy, please report it using the in-app report tool (

the flag icon shown on content, or Report in Settings). You can select a reason and add an optional

note. Reports are reviewed and can lead to removal of the reported content and restriction of the

account responsible.

5. Enforcement

Violations of this Policy may result in one or more of the following: blocking or removal of

content, loss of access to features, and suspension or termination of your access to the app,

without notice. Serious violations, including content involving minors, may be reported to law

enforcement and relevant authorities. We may take any action we consider appropriate to protect

users, third parties, and the service, and to comply with the law.

6. Changes to this Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes take effect

means you accept the updated Policy.
